The CQC stated on #BrokenTrust it was 4 1/2 years before they became aware of Harriet’s death (April 2016). That is lies. They did know. Below is an email conversation between NUH and the CQC in Jan 2018. 21 months after Harriet’s death. Well within the 3 yr prosecution limit.
