@CommonNinja Help! I got blocked by Cloudflare while putting the finishing touches on my site. How do I get this resolved ASAP? I can't access the Common Ninja site to access the chat or support information.
@heyitsalexsu i am watching your free webinar on How to Get to Yes Faster. With 20 years in house experience, negotiating both commercial/sales and procurement/supplier contracts, totally agree with all the Contract AllStars. sent the link to the webinar to everyone on my team.
@jkubicki Love simulations to explain the job skills. We need more focus on how to make the decisions of what to change and how to negotiate to achieve our goals, less on model clauses. In-house counsel don't sit back admiring their perfect contract saying "Look how beautiful it is!"
@laurafrederick What are your thoughts on doing this through the contract lifecycle?
Simulation-based.
Biz scenario then starts with, why is a contract needed (practical use not conceptual), negotiation, formation, execution, monitoring, changes, and termination.
If you could create one law school class that you believe would be truly pragmatic and useful to most students, what would it be? Doesn’t have to be an area of law.
@jkubicki I'm with you. I'm from Rochester and the pictures brought me back to days of digging elaborate tunnel systems in the backyard. And it must be in the genes as one of my kids is planning to go to Buff State next year. Go Bengals! #BuffaloNY
I miss my hometown often but especially on days like this. 66 inches of snow in Buffalo. Upon seeing the pics my daughter asked if we can live there. She has Buffalo-blood.
@HebeDoneski@HebeDoneski It's going to be great. It's so hard to find practical drafting and negotiating advice for SaaS contracts. I'm excited to be able to get you on this episode!
Don't miss this FREE recorded webinar on SaaS Contract in the Real World. Very informative and practical content about termination and suspension provisions. I'm looking forward to joining John Sorenson and @laurafrederick for part 2! We're going to discu…lnkd.in/gUDRZcFF
@legalwritingpro So cool Ross! Congratulations. For your next patent, would you create a method for time travel five seconds so I can unsend those emails I sent too soon?
@nonboringlawyer@evisort You should add it to your education section! I see many people attend a certificate program for a few weeks and then list Harvard as their featured education institution at the top of their profile. Seems legit to me.
@nonboringlawyer@AppleSupport That's terrible. No matter how careful I am, stuff like this always happens to me too. The upside is that you just have to answer to yourself and not a client or boss.
A grammar glitch in Justice Gorsuch's Wooden concurrence: CJ Marshall and Justice Story served at the same "time," so Marshall shouldn't take the possessive form:
"...they probably didn't in Justice MARSHALL AND Justice Story's time either."
