I was in the waiting room at 9:30, queue at 10, waited almost 3 hrs for the unpause, spent 3 more hrs in line. Got kicked out 2 times and sent back in line, 15 error messages, and 9 hrs later I got nothing. Thanks a lot @Ticketmaster. @taylorswift13

@getawaycar27 @Ticketmaster I did the exact same. Exact same process. I am beyond devastated.

At 9:30am, I used the link from the @Ticketmaster text to get Chicago tickets. Waited thru the “temporary pause” that lasted 2 hours, got put back to the 2000+ queue. I waited my turn, and finally had a chance to enter my code. Each time I tried to check out, I got an error msg.

I haven’t tweeted in 4 years but @Ticketmaster you are utter garbage and ruined this for all @taylorswift13 fans. I’ve been at this for 7 hrs and will get nothing.

Dear @BravoTopChef, please stop putting the picture of the chefs who go home on the main screen for LCK. There’s no way to not see it while I’m trying to catch up and it ruins it!!!!
