One of the best things about working at @WeAreNorthUK & @silverbean is Tuesday Training sessions where anyone from the agency can share knowledge with the team. @laureneleanors just took us through her 'Ethical Research + Data Collection' session - it was SO interesting.

Lauren took us through importance of using official sources only for 3rd party data collection, a VERY useful website which houses FOI requests, how long survey data can be used for & data collection tips. Having @laureneleanors as our Data Journalist at NORTH is a gamechanger.

After a few weeks of rest and recovery I’m so looking forward to getting my teeth (😉) back into work on Monday! (I’m actually smiling in that first photo I swear 😂)

I’ve been a little MIA recently due to going through quite an intense jaw surgery, which was very tough physically and mentally, but I want to cheerlead my managers and the whole @WeAreNorthUK family for making it as easy for me as they could.
