Every morning at 7am I get an email. Inside: a finished Twitter post. Step one is the Simple AI Brain: I loaded it with everything I know. Every mistake I've made. Every lesson from scaling. Every framework I've taught. Then it pulls from my proven content frameworks. CTAs that start conversations. Hook formulas that stop the scroll. Post structures that drive engagement. Now every day my AI agent does one thing: It takes my knowledge. Applies it to a proven framework. And emails me a finished post. I open it. I read it. I maybe change a word. I hit publish. Time spent: 2 minutes. That's it. No writing. No editing. No scheduling. No brainstorming. The post sounds like me because it IS me. My ideas. My stories. My frameworks. Just assembled by AI. One of these posts got 212,000 views. Because the thinking was real. The knowledge was deep. The framework was proven. AI just connected the dots. And if I want to go deeper? I can hit record and talk for 40 minutes. The system takes that too. Pulls out new ideas. Feeds them into the brain. Makes next week's posts even better. But talking is the bonus. Not the requirement. Most days I just open my email and publish. What would you do with 20 extra hours a week?

7. Lean businesses will become the goal. Big teams and complex companies used to be the aim. Now small, simple, profitable businesses are winning. The best operators are building businesses that run without chaos.

I went from 47 employees to 3 with AI. Same revenue (but with more profit + freedom) Whether that sentence makes you curious or angry… Here are 7 things I believe are coming in this current AI era, based on living through the tech transition most businesses haven't started yet👇

5. Automate Client Onboarding List every step in your onboarding process. Every form. Every email. Every document. Feed it into AI with clear instructions. Build a simple automation that triggers when someone pays. 3 hours per client becomes 10 minutes of setup once. When I did this, my profit margins went from 30% to 70%. I work 2 hours and 16 minutes less per day. Client satisfaction actually increased.

If I wanted to hit $100K months in the current AI era with a coaching/info offer... Here are 5 previously smart things I would NOT do anymore: 1. Sell a coaching program/course As much as coaches/experts don't want to admit it, information is no longer the gap. Courses, group programs, coaching: all built on the idea that knowledge is the product. It's not anymore. ChatGPT is free. That's why "tooling > teaching" today. And while we know that what you give is better than AI (at least for now)... The perception in the mind of the end user/client is what decides whether or not they buy - not how good you are. So, you can get ahead by using AI to build tools adn softwares for your clients which get them the result faster (and even do parts of what you used to coach on, for them, increasing the value of what you sell) That looks like: -systems that do the work -tools that remove effort -AI that replaces steps But my suggestion isn't to sell the tool to them. It's to use the tool to deliver a white-glove service that completely removes the need for education entirely - that's smart. 2. Hire setters/closers and rely on sales calls If your business is geared around taking sales calls, this will feel like good news (Because we all know setters and closers are a pain in the arse to manage) --> AI can now adapt the sales process per person. It can read their comments, their DMs, their application and adapt the entire sales process to that specific person before a human ever gets involved. Different beliefs. Different objections. Different levels of awareness. Follow ups. Triages. Scripts. Handled automatically. In real time. At scale. Something a single human on calls simply cannot do. The new model: A. content pre-sells B. AI systems qualify and personalise the journey C. humans step in olny for high-intent deals to close You don’t REMOVE sales calls. You remove dependency on them. And you let systems do what humans can’t: Sell differently to every single person without increasing time, cost, or effort. 3. Sell a generalist offer “I help people scale” “I help businesses grow” This used to work. Now it gets ignored. Because general advice is everywhere. And AI can generate it instantly. If your positioning is broad… You’re competing with free. Becuse people need to PERCEIVE you as better than AI. Specificity is what gets paid now. Because it builds your brand as someone who has the nuanced understanding to help their situation. Not: “I help coaches make more money” But: “I install X system that gets Y result for Z person” Clear person. Clear problem. Clear outcome. Clear mechanism. That’s what converts. That’s what commands premium. 4. Hire a "Bloated Team" to handle execution I used to have 47 employees and spend six-figures a month on payroll. Today, I have 4. Because today, Ai can handle what used to previously require people. WHEN you adapt your busines that way. For example: if we can’t map something into a process, we don't do it. When you systematise every step, AI can handle it. Then, humans handle the minority that actually needs nuance OR needs human 2 human (maybe just a little schmooziing). 5. Compete on price In an AI-saturated market the race to the bottom moves faster than ever. More supply = more people dropping their prices . Instead: The more precisely you solve a painful problem for a specific person... AND be known for that thing... The more you can charge and the less competition you have. Which is why you don't race DOWN. You niche UP. Because people's perception of you is what counts. Which is why BRAND is more important than ever. Putting out content that reaches the right people is easier than ever thanks to how smart the algorithms are today. Keeping your social posts HYPER specific to your people is what works. Tomorrow The Social Media Profit Bootcamp starts. I'll break down HOW to build your brand in this current era. If you want a free ticket, message me "TICKET" and I'll send it to you Grateful to serve, LT P.S. What are 1 or 2 things you're not doing today that you thought were critical to your business a year ago?

Coaches who attend the Social Media Profit Bootcamp walk away with posts they can publish that day. And many get leads, DMs, and booked calls within HOURS of posting. → Janette: $16K in 24 hours → Bridger: $18K in 48 hours → Cecilia: $6K client on Day 2 This isn't a course you watch and "implement later." You implement DURING the event. By Friday, you could have: ✓ A post already generating DMs ✓ Clarity on why content hasn't converted ✓ A repeatable system for predictable revenue ✓ Proof you don't need a big following That's not hypothetical. That's what happens when coaches show up and actually implement. Free. Live. Starts TOMORROW. March 23-26 · 10am ET on Zoom. Last time free. What would change if you booked a high-ticket client this week? Not in 90 days. Not after you build your funnel. Not after you "grow your audience." This week.
