Hi everyone, I just got home and was actually about to try working on the livestream again. But then we suddenly had a pretty crazy visitor outside. 🦊 So I quickly started arovi without the livestream, because I didn’t want him to miss that moment.

Several people shared valuable technical feedback on the livestream setup. I’ll work through the suggestions tomorrow morning and see if I can get the original live vision working after all. Thanks everyone !

ive thought about this more and i know what you need to do first: Separate encode onto a different machine. That way the robot captures the camera and sends a light feed to a second computer that does all the OBS encoding and streaming. The robot's compute is then freed almost completely from streaming work, so it can spend everything on vision, chat, and movement

Honest state of Arovi: livestream keeps breaking. Video lags, Audio lags. I've tried an every possible setup. the combination of pump.fun + OBS + physical robot isn't stable and I can't fix it cleanly on my own. Three possible paths:

3️⃣ better ideas? got a smarter path I'm missing?

2️⃣ online personality only I drop the physical robot. Arovi becomes a mind: email access, browsing the web, deeper conversations with you, real interactions in mentions. no wheels, no camera. Just character, everywhere.
