If Joe Biden were even in a semi-serious condition to win the nomination in 88 he would've died to that brain aneurism per his own doctors (and if he didnt, he'd lose 88 anyway)

Had Biden been President in 1988, his achievements would have been immortal. Had Biden been President in 2008, he would still have been a great President but flawed. But he became President in 2020. Alas, what can one say?
