माननीय न्यायालय द्वारा बार-बार अपने आदेशों और व्याख्याओं के माध्यम से अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजातियों अत्याचार निवारण अधिनियम को कमजोर करने का काम किया जा रहा है। यह बेहद चिंताजनक और दुर्भावनापूर्ण है। दिनांक 11 मई को माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय द्वारा दिए गए आदेश में “सार्वजनिक दृष्टि” की शर्त लगाकर जातिसूचक गाली को अपराध की परिभाषा से बाहर किया गया। वहीं, कुछ महीनों पूर्व दिसंबर 2025 में कलकत्ता उच्च न्यायालय ने यह कहा कि फोन पर 'जातिसूचक' गाली-गलौज किए जाने पर SC/ST एक्ट के प्रावधान लागू नहीं होते, जो कि न्याय की मूल भावना के खिलाफ है। मेरा सवाल है माननीय न्यायालय से- क्या अब दलितों का अपमान “लोकेशन” और “माध्यम” देखकर तय होगा? क्या चारदीवारी के भीतर या फोन पर किया गया जातीय अपमान अपराध नहीं माना जाएगा? ऐसे फैसले यह संकेत देते हैं कि न्यायिक व्याख्या के जरिए इस सशक्त कानून के प्रभाव को सीमित किया जा रहा है, जिससे पीड़ितों को न्याय मिलने में और अधिक कठिनाई उत्पन्न हो सकती है। हम न्यायपालिका का सम्मान करते हैं, लेकिन संविधान और सामाजिक न्याय के मूल सिद्धांतों की रक्षा के लिए ऐसे फैसलों पर सवाल उठाना भी उतना ही आवश्यक है।हम इस संबंध में शीघ्र ही माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय में पुनरीक्षण याचिका दायर करेंगे।

What Babasaheb is explaining here is that caste is not just tied to India geographically. According to him, caste survives through social separation, restrictions on marriage, and the way communities interact with others. So when people migrate, these social structures and mindsets can travel with them too.
He is warning that caste is not a small local issue. If the ideology behind caste continues unchanged, it can spread discrimination and social division beyond borders and become a global problem. Babasaheb also points out that India already had a deep cultural unity, but caste divided this already connected society into separate compartments.
This is why he considered caste one of the most dangerous social systems - because it reproduces division generation after generation unless society consciously challenges it.

Asymmetry in treatment of Hs and Ms is why BJP exists. Without Congress pseudo secularism, BJP wouldn't even exist, let alone rise to cover most of India. Hijab and Janeu are not similar in that one is public and the other is worn underneath clothing. The H equivalent is indeed Saffron Shawls. The secularist stance would be to ban all public display of religion like Hijabs and Saffron Shawls as part of school uniform, or allow both. Allowing one while banning the other is pseudo secularism.

The woman was returning home on foot from a factory at night when the driver and conductor of a sleeper bus pulled her inside and gang-raped her.
