This news breaks my heart. Adam was one of the first board members of @okcpridefest and I was so proud to see him elected Mayor of The Village. Like no one even knew The Village had a mayor until Adam. Like it felt like the People of The Village finally had a voice.

Congrats to OKC for voting to re-establish a human rights commission! It’s much needed in this current political environment. Proud of my friend Councilman Stone for casting the deciding vote. 💪💪💪

I’m learning that some feminists don’t understand how patriarchy works so I made a little chart to illustrate some of the impact.

My question is: Why was Macy Gray on Piers Morgan talking about transwomen at all?

It breaks my heart to know that two women I formerly respected have such uneducated opinions about bodies & gender & power. Like did you miss the Genderbread illustration going around in the early 2000s? I mean there are updates now but this a good starter.

My husband and best friend are both men with uteruses who could become pregnant against their will. I’m a woman with a uterus who was lucky enough to have abortion access when that happened to me. Oddly enough that was back when your music was still relevant in my life.
