@MiiniStar_ Speaking of ground types, it could uplift lower tier mons. Krookodile likes the speed boost, but it could also use the attack boost to start scoring KOs easier and get the moxie boost off
Or Pawmot, who's stats are well equipped for a double choice boost

@Gagaegral Honestly it should gain more resistances to water, ground and grass and if anything be actually super effective on water by default because it just makes sense with water being frozen by extreme cold.
