NEW - RESCISSIONS PKG MAY NOT HAVE THE HOUSE VOTES: Am told by source familiar that a Rep. Malliotakis is among those with concerns about the package - incl. PBS. That adds to Reps. Bacon, Valadao+ Amodei. And that is four votes - W/out Dem help, enough to kill the bill.
