Deeply humbled to receive this thoughtful letter from Professor F. Warren McFarlan of Harvard Business School after reading Things We Don’t See. To have a teacher you admire take the time to read your work so closely, and respond with such warmth, is a privilege I will always cherish. Grateful beyond words. #ThingsWeDontSee #HarvardBusinessSchool

Some price hikes may now be unavoidable. Oil companies cannot be expected to absorb losses endlessly. Times are likely to get tougher globally and citizens too will need to behave more responsibly and prudently. Consumption patterns will have to change. And frankly, that may not be a bad thing even for the planet. Read PM Modi’s Hyderabad speech carefully and you’ll get a sense of where things may be headed and how our behaviour and consumption pattern needs to change. ——- PM Modi in his speech in Hyderabad called for a collective participation to help India face global economic disruptions, supply chain challenges, and rising prices caused by international conflicts. •He emphasized that patriotism is not only about sacrificing one’s life for the nation, but also about living responsibly and fulfilling duties towards the country during difficult times. •He Urged citizens to reduce petrol and diesel consumption by: ◦Using metros and public transport wherever available ◦Opting for car-pooling when private vehicles are necessary ◦Preferring railway transport for movement of goods ◦Increasing the use of electric vehicles wherever possible •Called for revival of Covid-era efficiency measures in national interest, including: ◦Work-from-home arrangements ◦Online conferences ◦Virtual meetings •He Appealed to citizens to help conserve foreign exchange reserves by: ◦Avoiding unnecessary foreign travel, overseas vacations and foreign weddings ◦Choosing domestic tourism and celebrations within India •Requested people to avoid non-essential gold purchases for one year in order to reduce pressure on foreign exchange outflows. •Encouraged citizens to prioritise Made-in-India and locally manufactured products, including daily-use items such as shoes, bags, and accessories. •Asked families to reduce edible oil consumption, stressing that it would benefit both national economic health and personal health. •He Urged farmers to: ◦Reduce chemical fertiliser usage by 50 percent ◦Move towards natural farming practices ◦Help protect soil health and reduce import dependence •Encouraged wider adoption of solar-powered irrigation pumps instead of diesel pumps in agriculture.

Life appears like pixels playing on a screen, constantly changing, pulling us into every moment. We react, we engage, we become part of what we see, often without noticing how deeply we are involved. Clarity begins when we learn to observe, and remain steady within. This is detached attachment. #LCSingh #ThingsWeDontSee #ConsciousLiving #Awareness

On the sidelines of the Indiaspora Forum 2026, held in Bengaluru from March 22 to 25 at the JW Marriott Prestige Golfshire, I had the pleasure of meeting Vijender Singh. An Olympic bronze medallist at Beijing 2008, and India’s first in boxing, Vijender has been a defining figure in putting Indian boxing on the global map, with podium finishes across World Championships and the Commonwealth Games. What stood out was the discipline behind the journey, the years of preparation that sit behind a few moments in the ring. Across sport and enterprise, the fundamentals remain unchanged: consistency, resilience, and the ability to keep showing up. Different arenas. Same playbook. #Indiaspora #Leadership #HighPerformance #Mindset #Discipline #LCSingh #VijenderSingh

#ThrowbackThursday - a few reflections from the @IndiasporaForum 2026. The forum brought together leaders, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and thinkers from across the world each with a unique perspective, yet connected by a shared intent to shape the future. I had the opportunity to share my thoughts during the panel discussion on “Mind Matters.” One idea I often come back to: “The only person you can change is you.” We often expect change from others, but real change begins within. At Emoscape and nSEPIA, we believe this journey starts with awareness, understanding emotions, recognising patterns, and enabling individuals to respond with clarity rather than react unconsciously. Sharing a few glimpses from the forum below. #ThrowbackThursday #Indiaspora #Leadership #MindMatters #EmotionAwareness #HumanCentricAI

We marked the opening of nSEPIA’s private beta with a simple moment. A ribbon cutting by Mr. Kiran Deshpande to earmark the beginning of something larger than life. nSEPIA is built on a clear belief: emotional wellness should be accessible, understood, and available on demand. At its core is the Emoscape engine. An AI-led system that scans the face for subtle, involuntary signals to map emotional state in real time, independent of expression or language. The goal is simple: to help people understand what they truly feel, and work with it more effectively. The evening also brought together the first Founding Circle. A select group of early participants who will engage with the platform and help shape its evolution. As nSEPIA builds forward, the intent is not just to create another wellness tool, but to move closer to a world that is more aware, balanced, and emotionally resilient. “Technology has measured almost everything around us, but very little within us. nSEPIA is a step toward changing that.” - LC #nSEPIA #LCSingh

Earth, as a living system, operates within balance. Any disturbance invites a response to restore that balance. We are witnessing this in real time. Wars don’t just destroy nations. They disturb systems, ecosystems, weather, food chains, and human consciousness. The planet is not separate from conflict. It absorbs every missile, every displaced life, every burned field. When we lose the capacity for peace, we lose the capacity to sustain life itself. The Earth will restore its balance. The question is, will we? #LCSingh #Peace #ThingsWeDontSee #EarthDay

Most of what we chase outside is already within. In my belief, your true state is not stress, fear, or identity. It is peace. In that state of Shanta, there is no fear, no ego, no separation. What remains is a deeper realization that everything you experience exists within you. And when that shift happens, you begin to experience life with a sense of completeness and love. Because that is your true nature. You just have to discover it. #InnerGrowth #Consciousness #EmotionalIntelligence #SelfAwareness #nSEPIA #LCSingh

When editorial curiosity meets deeper inquiry, conversations evolve beyond information into insight. My interaction with Mr. Arvind Renapurkar, Sub-Editor at Sakal, reflected exactly that, where technology became a gateway to understanding human emotions. We spoke about the evolving role of AI, not just as a tool of efficiency, but as a medium to understand what makes us human. A key part of the conversation was Emoscape, a breakthrough AI engine that detects and reflects human emotions simply through a camera. It was encouraging to see such thoughtful interest in the possibilities that lie ahead. Grateful for the feature published in Sakal, capturing the essence of this dialogue and the larger vision we are building. The afternoon concluded on a personal note, signing copies of “The Collapse of Illusions.” A reminder that ideas, once shared, don’t just travel. They transform, influence, and outlive us. #ThrowbackThursday #EmotionalIntelligence #HumanCentricAI #FutureOfAI #TheCollapseOfIllusions #Emoscape

#ThrowbackThursday Revisiting an evening that felt less like a launch and more like a shared pause. The launch of Things We Don’t See in Mumbai brought together faces, voices, and memories—many of them part of my journey in ways I had not fully acknowledged until that moment. Grateful to everyone who came, spoke, and quietly sat through it all. You made the moment whole. This book is about what shapes us silently. Now available worldwide on Amazon, and across most airports and major bookstores in India. What stays unseen… often stays with us the longest.
