@DPJHodges My wife has ILR. Lived here for 23 years. Earned a Masters Degree here. We have two children. She’s worked the entire time and paid tax. Under the Reform plans, she’d have her ILR status revoked. Then if she doesn’t earn enough or can’t work she gets deported. Hideously cruel.

Some confusion. So let's be clear. People who have come here, worked for years, played by the rules, don’t live on welfare, speak perfect English, have never committed a crime and have fully integrated with their communities will all have their status revoked under Reforms plan.

@KirtonMcBonky Rarely post here these days but it’s been a summer of beach picnics, sunset wine tasting, paddle boarding and spending time with friends. Generally wholesome stuff.
