3 years ago my step dad had a 1 in 1 million kind of cancer that grew in his appendix, causing it to rupture and leaving the cancerous liquid to leak all over his bowel. Cutting a long story short, he has now been cancer free for 1 year 💪🏼. After 2 massive operations to remove his appendix and a larger portion of bowel, and many hours and days of great worry for my family, he is back at work and getting back to normal life. But not every family is that lucky. Many lose their lives and families lose loved ones to cancer every day. So my partner and sister are going to be doing their first Hyrox at the start of May, raising money for @macmillancancer.
