FST looks at differentiability, not actual distance between populations. For example, taking a "pure" FST calculation, if there's a gene with 100% frequency in one population and 0% in another, the remaining differentiation is irrelevant and the FST distance = 1.

Literaly every PCA plot you can find and every paper on earth agrees that South Italians cluster closely with Jews and near easterners, wtf are you actually talking about, please Google this before speaking, this literaly isn’t even g25 as I already said, picture 1 and 3 aren’t g25, they’re admixture analysis models, there’s somehow a continuous issue with g25 that it makes South Italians countries browner for no reason at all, accuracy can be used for any other population like Danes and Germans, but weirdly in your assertion with no explanation of how, the g25 blindly makes the south Italians browner, if g25 doesn’t work, why doesn’t it make them whiter sometimes also, why does it consistently correlate with near eastern clustering, this implies the detection of a pattern thereby the burden of proof is upon you to explain why this pattern is actually an illusion somehow, but I’ve shown the literal data in front of you, there’s nothing about it that distorts anything, it just takes the dna of South Italians and analyzes their ancestry totaled.

An LHG signature appears in Epipaleolithic AHG from around 13500 ybp. This is the easternmost ancestry in modern europeans and is part of their AHG component. These first farmers were about ~10% LHG. so typical Euros modelled in this pie chart maybe have 5% LHG. I do not accept that Levant and Persian Gulf are the same place, but even if i did, how fucking pedantic do you have to be to claim that the Epipalaeolithic to Neolithic Persian gulf is where Europeans come from?
