@AcerUK_Official I returned a faulty laptop for repair on 14th May and cannot contact your repair team because phone lines say they are shut when they should be open. Your website offers no chat option and I can’t email through the website without laptop details I cannot access!

@virginmedia Ordered TiVo upgrade, (current TiVo is frustratingly slow, another story) got confirmation email, no engineer arrived on day.
