@HKaivos The first brush is the brush I use for sketches (like this animation). Works best with pen sensitivity. The second is the main brush I use for lineart / doodles / etc on my phone. The size of the brush changes the faster or slower strokes you make

@HKaivos I use custom brushes!! I'll send the QR codes when I'm back home since I'm out right now haha. I use a few different brushes for lines and sketches hehe

@HyenazAD My favorite tool I learned very recently is the lasso fill tool. It makes drawing designs (like stripes) SO much easier and less time consuming. It also makes shading so much faster and more crisp hehe

@leaf_mutt i have been using ibispaint for aroynd 8 years but i am still learning new ways to use it’s features all the time! It is such and underrated app especially considering most of the features can be accessed for free

@SytherRoo It's simple, you just take advantage of the zoom feature hahaha. I zoom constantly and also turn on correction / stabilization to the highest. It makes it so smooth, especially since I use my finger

@MavenRaptor Many other animators work between 12 - 24 FPS, but that's old style movie quality, and it's difficult to learn with so many frames. Start with lower fps, like 8 fps. When you understand how movements and illusions work, you learn that lower fps is actually goated

@MavenRaptor It took me many years to finally get some tricks down cause most tutorials for animations are actually pretty unhelpful for someone who struggles to learn. My advice is don't worry about the FPS. Smoother animation ≠ better animation. Most of my animations are 5, 8, or 10 fps -
