I am thinking of, and standing behind Dr. Caitlin Bernard today. She is a skilled, compassionate, patient-centered doctor. She deserves to be able to provide the care her patients need, free from state harassment.

SB1 potentially puts physicians at the mercy of the state's Attorney General. Per SB1, the AG could put a doctor in jail for up to 6 years if the AG does not agree that the doctor's medical decision to provide an abortion saved a life. 1/4
