@AirFranceKLM Disgraceful customer service. 2 months of emails being ignored following a complaint, of which they seemed to have missed the point of. If you don’t understand what the complaint is, arrange a call! Much easier sometimes when people explain over a call than email 🙄

@Delta our last leg of the journey had no monitors working in the seats for the entire flight. And no one has gotten back to me about the way we were treated. Bad customer service.

@Delta to top it off, the dedicated overhead space (comfort +)meant nothing when going through the gate, the rude women took our cabin bags refusing to let us take them on the plane stating it was full. No locks on them with breakable items inside. No idea if they’ll survive 😡

@Delta Extremely unhappy with our international flights home. Only booked the 1 stop over which has been changed to 2 stop overs adding length to the journey given its already a long day travelling with 1. Then we don’t get any of the seats we’d booked and are separated…
