Anyone know how to resolve an issue with @TicketmasterUK? My mum bought tickets for her and me to go to #returnofthelegends in @New_Theatre just before she died suddenly in April, and they won't answer whether I can still go despite having the ticket confirmation after 4 weeks.

I reckon the next big event should go back to physical tickets, printed with names on. An actual queue of people where they can only buy 2 tickets each. It will take longer, but might result in actual fans buying tickets at reasonable prices #Ticketmaster #Oasis25
