Last month I quietly celebrated a bit of a career milestone - a DECADE at @MottMacDonald MacDonald 🎉😮🎉I couldn't quite believe it; it felt like the time had gone by in a blink. And then I started reflecting on what's happened over the last 10 years...

I've made life long friends, had some amazing experiences and actually feel like what I do makes a difference to people's lives. What's not to love about that, eh?
