Lmao we have 2 of this tipper Sand sells 130k per trip here (new developing area). As one of the stakeholders, everyone coming to build passes through us. Each truck does about 50 trips daily (conservative). That’s 100 trips × 130k = 13M/day. Capital recovered in less than a month The next expenses is just diesel and driver which is less compared to what you make daily Real estate Twitter won’t tell you this one.

I use a freezer and currently it’s filled with my food for the month and I don’t even leave it on every day. It’s a freezer and it can keep things frozen for at least 3 days without power.

For instance, I run my freezer for one full cycle of 24hrs, after which I switch it off for two days and run it 12hrs per two days. I don't have to leave my freezer on perpetually. Same applies to other things.

@leanraydollars @Alfredinho0o @23H Why would you run hot plate when their is gas cylinder? I used to have both and while we were on estimated, I used the hot plate a lot and it was a two burner. The moment we switched to prepaid meter, I dumped my hot plate. Gas I way economical than the hotplate.
