I am so super excited that we have 2 finalist for the Diane Kent Award! I am so super proud to work along side both of these phenomenal BT1s! #ProudPrincipal

We had the most AMAZING 2 days of BT Academy! Our BTs are ready to conquer the new school year with lots of confidence! I am so honored to work with such a fabulous group of adults who worked tirelessly to get these 2 days together, and the best teacher leaders that presented!

We pushed our #SuperFRES math selves to be like @SteveWyborney after doing a few of his Cube Connector activities to decompose these rectangular prisms into different layers!!

We had a #SuperFRES great conversation how EVERYONE CAN SEE MATH DIFFERENTLY using a Cube Connector video from @SteveWyborney AND review volume concepts AT THE SAME TIME!! @Edmonds4Math we wish you could have been there to hear the #SuperFRES conversation!!!

My #SuperFRES ❤️ grows every time that students have passed on "Kindness Tag" to another student who THEY notice have been KIND to others in our classroom!! 💚💛 #StudentLeaders #StudentOwnership

Our student teacher, @brieteach, had a #SuperFRES engaging lesson having students work in small groups with multi-digit multiplication!

@sphillips51 and I are #SuperFRES excited to see how these questions about science on @MicrosoftFlip get students talking all around @ForestvilleRd!

We #SuperFRES love making and discussing connections to #HispanicHeritageMonth and @ELeducation EVERY SINGLE DAY when reading "Esperanza Rising"!!!

Reading and discussing about "drinking memories of Papa" while reading @ELeducation Esperanza Rising in class always makes me think of my Grandma Ruth! I love telling my class about her each year!! ♥️

We gave it our #SuperFRES 💯 effort to make rectangular prisms with a given set of cubes today as we continued our exploration of volume!

We had #SuperFRES fun exploring rectangular prisms and ways to measure using various tools!!

Students were 💯 #SuperFRES engaged to create this anchor chart for other words to express various feelings/reactions!

We FINALLY used our Vertical Non-Permanent Surface (VNPS) Boards today!!! I was #SuperFRES AMAZED by the level of engagement and STUDENT TO STUDENT math talk that took place!!

I #SuperFRES 💛💚 these monthly meetings!!! So many laughs... So many INSTANT applicable take-aways... So much fun!! SO MANY REASONS WHY @ForestvilleRd IS AWESOME!!! 💚💛

@brieteach led a #SuperFRES science vocabulary lesson today!!! Small groups rotated to various Frayer Models and discussed and placed cards that matched!! Engagement and student discussion was 💯!!!

The #SuperFRES sweetest first grader in after care told me that she LOVED my #BeKind shirt and earrings today!! 💚💛 I was also #bekindtoyourself today with a PUMPKIN SPICED LATTE this Friday morning!! 💚🎃☕💛
