Impossible Kicks has held my $17,740 on a continuing balance started in September 2023 and has refused to discuss terms and are allegedly in significant debt to others like me across the country. Impossible Kicks, in the midst of filing a Regulation A public offering and opening in luxury retail centers like the Venetian and Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas, has racked up many tabs with their wholesale vendors and instead of paying down their debts, they have pivoted to new vendors. They have lied about payment timelines, engaged in negligent accounting, and used vendor debts to open stores across the country that they cannot afford. They owe myself and several others a large sum and I for one am done being quiet about it. They have engaged in deception about the success of their company with many vendors to the financial detriment of nearly all involved. Given that my last tweet led to communication from them that I would be taken care of (on account of them raising $20MM) with ultimately no results, I am doubtful coming forward will improve my situation, but it may encourage others who are affected to come forward.
