Never ceases to amaze me how group dynamics change before and more importantly after when teambuilding with young people..

Today we get the chance to be on end of some learning at Glenmore lodge. A day of CPD yippee!!!

Just had a great couple of days, yesterday with guys from highway 2 climbing. Today nice wee walk with some school pupils up Ben Vrackie

Lots of interesting people at todays social enterprise event including some bloke called Alex Salmond.

A fab day ahead at the biggest social enterprise event in the world at the SECC. Should an interesting day!

A days skiing then the beach in the afternoon with a group. Why isnt everyday like this !!!

A great day for mountain biking so thats what we are doing with a school group. Climbing wall tonight for some R& R I think.
