I created a whiteboard template on Canva and let pupils have the change to add post it notes to it (remember to lock elements, I forgot the first time) and then it gave me a chance to have a meaningful conversation and the summary will allow us to have a visual reminder of this.

I walked past my other colleague having a great conversation with her class about this and writing their class charter and it inspired me.
