@jbaldwinLIFE Warranty did ship out the replacement tool on 3/9 with USPS and is scheduled to be delivered today 3/12. USPS tracking 9405550105496023105934. Sorry Warranty did not email this information to you when it was shipped.

@Leatherman Ok you have 24 hours. After that time I will begin posting reviews on every major retail website telling people of my experience that you do not reply to emails and thus do not stand behind your "lifetime" warranties. Is that what you want?

@Leatherman I have been so disappointed with your customer service. Does your warranty mean nothing? I have emailed five times for weeks and gotten no replies. A lifetime warranty means nothing if you do not email your customers back!

@Leatherman Any updates on this? Again I have been waiting weeks. I have sent multiple emails. I am likely not going to buy Leatherman again. The main reason why I buy your products is for the warranty but clearly you do not stand behind your products.

@feldmeister Unfortunately none of our products are guaranteed to get through TSA. While we made some tools with TSA guidelines (Style PS), it it ultimately up to the discretion of the TSA officer 🫤

@Leatherman So bummed. I’m a big Leatherman fan and my trusty Style PS, which has traveled the world with me was not allowed by Sydney airport security and surrendered to a bin(!) for a domestic flight to Cairns. They were fearful of the tiny scissors, but I tried to convince them that if the USA TSA was OK with that then should be good here too, but they did not agree. Interestingly, American Airlines allowed me to bring it on the international flight to Sydney. @Leatherman What can replace the Style PS that’s TSA approved?
