In Ms.Cowley’s art class, Senior Claddagh students looked at cityscapes inspired by one of the students' recent trips abroad. These were then created in ceramic relief tiles using many different skills, with each creating a very unique art piece. @lecheiletrust1

Thrilled to announce that 3 of our student short films have made it to the @freshfilmie Finals - Estera Calugarici, Aimy Siba & Emma Mercado. This red carpet event will take place in the Mansion House on 26th March. We also have a nomination for Best School! @lecheiletrust1

In Ms. Cowley’s Visual Art class, 1st yrs were inspired by the #BookOfKells in celebration of #SeachtainNaGaeilge. They created their own manuscript graphic design pieces using a letter from their name as a starting point. #WeCanTransformTheWorldWithOurCreativity @lecheiletrust1

Our 6th Year students attended the #ApprenticeshipExpo2026 last week, a fantastic one-stop event showcasing jobs, apprenticeships, and further education opportunities. A great chance for students to explore their future pathways! #WeAreAllTeachersAllLearnersAlways @lecheiletrust1

6th yrs had a great time at the #TryATrade event with @IrishRail this week. Students got stuck into a range of fun, hands-on activities while exploring different trades & learning more about apprenticeship pathways. Applications are open until March 15th. @lecheiletrust1

To celebrate #WorldBookDay and our #LiteracyWeek, Mr. McKeever’s 1st Year English class created their own unique bookmarks and let their creative side show! #WeCanTransformTheWorldWithOurCreativity @lecheiletrust1

2nd Yrs enjoyed taking part in Stephen Kiernan’s “Brilliant Mondays” workshop this week. Through fun, interactive activities, students explored ways to build confidence, resilience, & positive goal-setting skills. Well done to all who embraced the challenge! @lecheiletrust1

We were delighted to welcome reps from @Pfizer_Ireland who visited 6th yrs to showcase their exciting apprenticeship opportunities. An informative & engaging talk, it gave students valuable insight into career paths within the industry. Applications are now open! @lecheiletrust1
