@SGLewis_ I put them in before I enter the venue and find that my ears “adjust” by the time I go on. the discrepancy in volume, etc can be too jarring if you put them on right before you play

Any DJ’s got any tips for mixing with ear plugs in? I find it so disorientating and always bottle it soon as I’m in front of a big crowd, but I can’t keep shagging my ears like this 🥲
