Last day of October. I don't think I've ever been so tired... work and social events have been non stop. Black history month has squeezed every last bit out of me. November might be the month of NO

-Usher trip in vegas -EYL event with FFG -Lebern exhibited at NLIS -New partnership began with Brent council -Property Offer accepted to buy -SEIS application submitted for project apex -Supported Accommodation - Central Bickley progressing with refurb -10 rounds of padwork done

Lebern: on track to double this month what we did last year and were still leaving a lot on the bone. Hiring has started. Support Services: 1st draft items for ofsted registration complete and ive found my business partner Project apex: trademark registered 4 days in Vegas 🤯

Weekly Update Weeks been dominated by family events and being in the office covering operational duties as we had 3 members of team away. Positives is I gained a further understanding of how I can help the team be even better

Weekly Summary Ukreiff: 3 days of networking and learning about what's going on now and in the future in the industry Project Apex presentation gave overwhelming feedback. Agent registration has begun Lebern won best use of technology award. I'm considered a rising star (kinda)

Weekly update: Project Apex - multiple meetings gathering feedback and advice on 5 year business model, valuation and to market strategies. Loving it. Lebern- officially become a supplier for a local authority to assist with their housing needs for refugees.

Weekly update: Most unproductive week. Energy low. Distractions high. Small bad decision create a ripple of negative results throughout the week. It's noted and there will be no waves. I'm refocused

Weekly Update Project Apex has a company registered at companies house We were outbid at auction for the lots we were interested in. Other than that a quiet week

Weekly update: Felt like I just made payments left right and centre. Auction viewings happened, due diligence done, I'm ready this week for the auction. Hopefully it don't go above our price ceiling. Easter eating was serious

Weekly update: we won property management company of the year from Prestige awards. Supported Accommodation- I passed the adult care exam. Project Apex- trademark submissions in, couple weeks of waiting but should be no problem. Health- 5 day workouts still going

Weekly Update: Project Apex- SEIS preparation is pushing on. Lebern- first cash fund fully capitalised allowing fast hassle free property purchases moving forward Health- 5 days a week is being maintained.

Fight night at AJ fight. I thought it was a good solid performance despite listening to someone behind me constantly saying "just knock him out, what you doing? " 🙄.

@DwainReid Many for marketing purposes would say the value of the properties. My definition is if you were to sell everything, after paying all costs if you're left with a million cash. You're a property millionaire, otherwise it just sounds good👊🏾

Weekly Update: We exhibited at @LandlordInShow the team met new landlords and other businesses. Received quotes to fully develop platform. I'll need to raise seed capital-process begins Wicked dinner with @DeanForbes on how we'll set the world right. Training is back on track

It's so much easier to say you wouldn't do something when you can't do it. The real test is how you are when you can.

Weekly Summary: Quotes received for project apex, Budget and financial model has been updated. The network is growing for this next chapter. Lebern is prepped and ready for the national landlord investment show this week. Agreed to be at the Radar event by @forbesfamilygrp
