Do you have a rule based trading plan? Rules that limit your trading? Something simple like a hard stop after 2 losses is enough, and then a hard stop after you book a win. This will build equity over the long term and prevent you from going on tilt and revenge trading

If you trade London Session focus your trading around 3-4 AM, and if you trade NY AM Session focus around 10-11 AM.

If you are trading intraday what time of day are you looking for trades? Time of day is a huge factor. I don't care what anyone else tells you. There are only a handful of windows each day that can be considered high-probability where the best setups present themselves.
