@leeeleeing i wouldn’t recommend doing coconut oil “fasts” for long periods of time (just like with regular fasting), but this is my reasoning for it and i’ve also found them helpful when i’m in a plateau (like rn lmao)

day 3 b/p-free!! i’m EXHAUSTED HOLY SHIT 😭😭 i had my political philosophy exam today and it took so much of my energy, it’s insane. i feel pretty fat for eating so much and drinking lots of water today ngl but hopefully i don’t gain too too much tomorrow 🙃
