And there was a major reopening by the summer of 2021. Everywhere was normalized by summer of 2022. There was 1-2 years of slow down but covid didn’t make you blink and then be 26. You were still 22-23 then. And we got a year in our early 20s focused on relaxing and being at home which I argue a lot of generations would’ve enjoyed. We weren’t drafted to go into the Vietnam war 😂

Most people I know in their late 20s are struggling because we all skipped our mid-20s during COVID. Relationships were fast tracked, careers delayed, nobody remained the same, we lost those identity building years, & now we feel like 24 year old minds in bodies approaching 30.
