Hiroaki Kojima (BUG FILMS producer) comments that he’s impressed many viewers noticed the differences between the manga and the anime. Due to TV formatting, some scenes had to be cut due to time constraints. He hopes for a director’s cut somewhere down the line.

#whatwt what was it that drew you guys to wha in the first place? for me it was finding out abt the magic system!! i got really excited since my own books utilise a written magic system (via poetry sealing) and once i started the manga i fell in love immediately 🥹💛
