Are there comfortable classy pants that one can wear outside the home that are NOT jeans or leggings or straight up sweat pants for people who have been pregnant and suddenly have a totally new body? Asking for me

Manoomin, or wild rice, is a cultural and culinary staple of Anishinaabek communities. "It’s more than a vital food source for them because of what it embodies — and that is the past, present, and future" writes @sierrabiidaaban. Read more: bit.ly/3wInU77

@karonliu This is exactly how my parents shopped growing up! We lived in New York City’s Sunset Park, which was a (then) small Chinatown. And I realized I started doing the same thing a few years ago, only it was a mix of Chinese grocer, American supermarket and greenmarket

I feel like I need to write an essay on how no two Chinese grocers in the GTA are built the same and that (pre-pandemic) mom would go to 5 different ones cause one has better produce, another has her preferred seafood counter, another usually has better deals on pantry stuff, etc

Inspiring to see how immigrant-owned businesses have adapted and turned to technology (both with and without help from their kids) during this time. It's especially hard when, for many, a language barrier makes learning tech and social media even harder. Also, this is my dad.

@amandaspurlock We got the CRV a few months ago and it’s been great. Backseat doesn’t feel cramped even with a toddler car seat!
