@virginmedia have made it virtually impossible to get hold of them to cancel. And now claiming I’m ok contract (I’m not) and will be charged cancellation fee. What!!

@virginmedia I’ve had a half hearted reply to my complaint about being told I’m in contract. Basically saying they can’t see the screenshots I sent.

@virginmedia I’ve tried chat. Phone. I have a screenshot of when I first tried to chat. And I’ve been disconnected today despite not moving until tomorrow. As well as saying I’m under contract when I’m not.
