Using a 1:16 scale version of The Bayeux Tapestry as a guide, the exact head position of each of the 626 human figures (embroidered into the original tapestry) were marked onto the paper strip, and punched out as 2mm holes...

My submission for International artists’ book exhibition ‘Love and Music’ is titled Гобеле́н (Tapestry). I punched six hundred and sixty-two 2mm holes into a 13 foot long paper strip, and accordion-folded it into a 120-page book...
