More carnage from @virginmedia. This is day 4 of no internet or TV. No communication. No apologies. Nothing. When will this be fixed and where's the compensation?

@virginmedia Why don't you tell me? I've spent four days without TV and with terrible internet. I'm a single parent currently trying to help her daughter with homework living near Esher - why don't you tell me what issues are in play and then advise when they will be fixed!

@virginmedia I notice you say nothing about the failure to turn up for an appointment to collect the router...that would seem to incur compensation according to the link you have shared? There's also no mention of someone coming to collect it. Shall I throw it away?

@virginmedia There have been ongoing issues over the last 2 weeks as stated. Whether or not they're on the status page is not the point. I'm asking where the compensation is for slow broadband and when someone will collect the router. I stayed in all day to hand it over! It's really poor...

@ODEONCinemas you need to refund tickets, parking and look after customers...particularly those hoping to see a film as part of their 8th birthday celebrations. Stop taking peoples' money then not opening your cinema. Please have the courtesy to reply!
