@scriptwren I think we benefit from being part of such a huge group of women in those years, we saw more struggles, heartbreak and joy than you’d normally see in a group of friends.

@legless2007 She wasn’t the nicest person, but honestly even for her it was a ridiculous thing to say to another human being.

Stressing out publicly about trying for a baby for 5 months is utterly tone deaf. No one’s business but yours anyway. But average time to conceive is 9 months. Used to find it incredibly painful as someone who dealt with actual infertility to have people like this on my radar.

@legless2007 That is a great way of looking at it. I remember my ex SIL saying she planned to start trying and if she didn’t get pregnant in the first 6 months she’d kill herself. Absolutely revolting turn of phrase, if nothing else.

@legless2007 It’s the damn trees for me, but I know to take the 1 a day Cetirizine Hydrochloride tablets as soon as I start getting sore eyes, & taste in mouth (which are my prompts). The Loratadine tablets don’t do anything for me. Hope you find a way to make it work. Rain due over weekend

I’ve had enough of this tree sperm allergy. I really enjoy being able to breathe. I’m dosed up on antihistamine and ventolin and breathing is still not easy. I’m a friend of the plants, why are they assaulting me?
