this is a statistical tail wagging a conjectural dog. if you have an outlier (1 out of 18) you don't bend the other 17 to the conclusion you want. take out murshidabad and you have little evidence for those trying to make muslim leakage instead of vote deletion the story.

the claim in the blurb is off. look at those graphs! take out murshidabad, you see little statistical variance between '21 & '26 trends, which means you've to look at murshidabad separately (highest deletions!) not use it to impose a pattern that doesn't fit the rest of the data!
