Time to get active on twitter again..

Another year. Another great day (and great costume) with @genxsjamaica and my crew. I'm grateful. I'm happy. I've had my play...it's now time to put in some real work...at home..at my job...in the gym. Time to earn that next carnival catharsis!

@darylvazmp are the container homes suggested a viable option going forward. 20 million USD could pay for small homes for over 5000 families according to Dayton Campbell's figures.... It can't be business as usual going forward with plyboard shacks.

Ok. Time to get focused.

Yeeeaaa I’m never drinking again

The limiting factor will be accumulation of fatigue. I'm not young anymore. Hopefully eating right and sleeping more will help get it done. On top of that I'll take the time away from the party scene to be present for family and travel. Wish me luck!!!

Day 1 chest superset with calves Shoulders superset (/)with biceps Abs Day2 Back(row of some kind) /triceps Lats/shrugs Abs Day 3 Squat or some variant Leg extensions/ RDL's Seated hamstring / glutes Repeat In the evenings, fast treadmill walking plus wind sprints

Went to zess and steam yesterday. Had a decent time! Took a likkle one bubble...right thigh and back immediately started burning lol. It's time to get back in shape in time for cropover. Here is my plan, written down to hopefully Improve my chances of sticking to it. .../2

Tried a new leg day split after 2 weeks off. (Almost didn't make it) Hack squats Leg extensions/ glute bridges supersets Seated hamstring curls / stiff legged deadlifts supersets. I Think I need to switch the glute bridges and stiff legs around to even things out ...
