i like it too! i like it much more than CC tbh maybe the way i write my thoughts down makes people think the opposite... i just thought that there might be a deep reason of doing that (pushing the limits of TUI) in a business perspective, he would possibly reach a huge amount of vibe coders if he just goes with GUI, so i wonder why he didn't do that that's all

I like @opencode I respect what @thdxr and his team is doing their effort of making OC and pushing the limit of TUI this far is unimaginable but i'm still trying to get it... is it worth it? like turning a TUI into a GUI... why don't just use GUI? UX? nope. feature rich? nope. performance? does vscode hang in your computer while coding? they can just build opencode app with much less effort so... why?

Unless their products are powered by Claude Code, like @goon_nguyen 's ClaudeKit.cc, then it's awright.😉

@faahim01 Yes, OpenRouter is great if you want to compare many LLMs via one API.

@faahim01 API yes, but I use Groq and OpenRouter. They cover a good range of LLMs.

@leifjerami The regular ChatGPT 5.1 is my default talking buddy as well. And for AI apps, you mean the Llama API?

@faahim01 I’m using the Dia browser, so most of the time I just chat with its AI (based on GPT‑5.*). Apart from that, I chat with several other LLMs, just not as often. I use Llama a lot for my AI apps.

@leifjerami Yeah, I'm mostly using CC as well, but I just go on the web UI when I need to have a normal chat. But when I'm lazy, I have to admit I start talking about banana pancake in the terminal 😅

@faahim01 Where do you normally use Claude? I only use Claude Code.
