@virginmedia Thank you. It won't let me sign in though as my account has been disconnected - which I had asked for, however I'm being emailed by Virgin saying my credit score is going to be affected! I've asked to leave due to Virgin's negligence - why am I being penalised?

@virginmedia I sent you a letter over a week ago and someone has tried to call me back but when I picked up it said 'we've tried to call you' then hung up... What is this?! The absolute shit show I've gone through with you this year is due to your negligence... What now?

@virginmedia It's impossible to file a complaint because the website asks you 1000 unrelated questions and you end up going in circles. If you could please send a link that will take me to an appropriate page for filing a complaint then I will do so.

For the love of god, don't ever go with @virginmedia. I've been on the phone for an hour, being passed between departments and (as ever) the line just cut off... If they don't even have the strength to power their own phone lines... SEND HELP

@virginmedia Nobody has said a thing. I've been passed between people with no result. I don't even want the bloody compensation anymore if I can just leave Virgin. I've had it up to the neck in being on hold and nothing getting done.

@virginmedia Virgin completely messed up my house move and then cancelled my account to set up a new one. Yes, I had complete loss of service for an entire month. I was promised £125 as a consolation but I received nothing and now you've put UP my monthly bill...

@virginmedia I should not have to pay £200 when this whole mess was created by Virgin. My original contract (which you terminated wrongly) was meant to finish in a few months anyway, but a new unwanted 18 month contract was created. I WANT OUT.

@virginmedia My Wifi is now working, this is not the issue. Read the above messages please. I've been passed between person to person on the phone to Virgin and nothing gets done about my faulty account and no compensation. I don't want to be with Virgin anymore. Please cancel my account.

@virginmedia I was on the phone for half an hour yesterday trying to get out of this ridiculous contract and the line was cut by Virgin. Before this happened, I was told the fee to leave was £200. This whole mess was Virgin's fault and I should NOT have to pay to leave.

@AvantiWestCoast has the worst customer service system I've ever encountered. My train was stuck on the tracks for 70 MINUTES and I now have to endure going round in circles trying to get some kind of compensation? THIS IS DRIVING ME INSANE. REFUND ME PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD.

@AvantiWestCoast Calling customer service number does nothing. I feel like banging my head against the wall. Everyone on my train was reassured by the conductor that we'd get compensation. This just feels like further punishment. Please ask someone to call me directly. Sending my number in DM.
