on the concern about record labels: As what our CEO has said, we mustn't forget that the artists are the very reason why record labels exist, and thus the artist should be given the right to the majority of their hard-earned royalties.

Yes record labels do invest heavily in artists through recording budgets, marketing, industry support, etc.. and that investment can be a big part of why some artists become successful. But again let's not forget that artists create the very value that labels invest in (the creativity and identity that audiences connect with). Without artists, there would be nothing for labels to develop or monetize. Agreements today should aim to create value and fairness for both sides. Times have changed.
