I am going to say this 1) respectfully and 2) confidently these 6 figure days you are seeing posted around currently are done one way and one way only. Full porting, there is no skill behind it. Just pure luck with the setup and timing. I can guarantee you the losses that aren't shown are equal if not more. There is a reason these type of days are only shown once in a blue moon and boasted about so hard - it is not the norm even the person is surprised and shocked, they milk it for marketing to recoup the losses which weren't shown that occurred behind getting that one big win.
Don't fall for the facade.
When a person 2X or 3X or 10X an account in one day that is from full porting. The proof is irrefutable when balances are shown - which they are.

Prop firms are a tool and a great opportunity for traders who are profitable. If you aren't profitable trading your own money you won't be profitable trading prop firms it's that simple. At the end of the day you have to have a working system, strategy and most importantly discipline in the risk management aspect of trading.
Now the real gem is prop firms are a great way for new traders to learn as the cost to entry is so low with the same reward if you do consistently execute well to make money. Trading your own capital as a new trader you are constantly risking your own money but with a prop firm you are only risking what you paid for the account but gaining the same experience and valuable data as if it was your own money with the same opportunity to make money if you pass and get a payout. That is where prop firms shine along with the opportunity for profitable traders to capitalize off multiple accounts and the leverage which is extremely hard to obtain trading a live account without massive risk.
