in my personal experience, anxiety is more likely to make me su*c*dal because yah depression makes it so life is meaningless and everything sucks but anxiety is like every option is pain and there’s no escape except maybe the ultimate escape

anxiety is like you can’t do The Thing, but you also can’t not do The Thing (The Thing = like work, responding to a message, whatever you have to do) so what do you do when every options is bad ?

what people don’t realize is that to write is to think. by outsourcing your writing you are outsourcing your thinking. you are paying for the degradation of your own mind. don’t use AI to “structure” your thoughts. structure them yourself. a shortcut to nowhere

At least I was coherent to unsend the ig messages but here’s a snippet

I have a bf and a situationship and last night I got so lit and forgot I blocked him so this morning he woke up to a missed call, a Facebook message and a text from my bfs phone from me asking why he blocked me because my messages weren’t delivering. Oops? 😭

My toxic trait is I upset myself looking at old photos of myself when I was younger (read: skinnier) and then to make myself feel better I bake cookies and then eat a bunch of them therefore perpetuating the cycle. They turned out great tho!
