@VincentGramoli @Aptos Makes sense shifting work from leader → validators just redistributes the bottleneck. Curious how you see this evolving for institutional workloads where predictability > peak TPS. Feels like this is where design tradeoffs become very real.

Leader-based designs typically induce bottleneck effects. In an attempt to offload its leader, @aptos requires more effort from validators (Quorum Store), which seems to bottleneck the whole system as depicted in this graph where the TPS is capped at 200 while transactions are received.
