Listen to Sreynea, a Cambodian people speak to the world about the false allegations against #Cambodia to break ceasefire but the world know clearly about this. Please listen..
Phnom Penh, August 04, 2025
Spokesperson of the Ministry of National Defense Kingdom of Cambodia :
I would like to inform the public, as well as national and international journalists, of the following:
At 11 a.m. this morning, Thai armed forces, accompanied by heavy machinery such as excavators, entered An Ses area within Cambodian sovereign territory, and even laid barbed wire, despite strong objections from our forces. It is also worth noting that Cambodia recently arranged a visit by foreign military attachés to those locations on July 30, 2025, clearly demonstrating that these areas are part of Cambodian sovereign territory. This act constitutes a flagrant violation of the ceasefire and poses a grave threat to peace and security along the border between the two countries, as well as to the wider region. Cambodia calls on the international community — particularly partner countries that have worked tirelessly to help achieve this hard-won ceasefire and wish to see it fully and effectively implemented — to demand that Thailand immediately stop its aggressive actions and strictly respect international law, especially Cambodia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Dear @realDonaldTrump,
The safety of Cambodian people is once again under threat. Thailand is actively evacuating their people at the border and is preparing for another attack. Our small nation is desperately in need of your intervention. Please, do not turn away
RESPECT CEASEFIRE AGREEMENT

Cambodia has warned of an ‘imminent’ attack from the Thai military with support from the Thai government.
Cambodia seems to be locking down bases and pushing troops to the border regions tonight.
Marches are currently parading through Phnom Penh calling for peace.
On 3 August 2025, Cambodia’s Ministry of National Defense reported credible information that the Thai military is preparing to attack border areas—including Tamone Thom, Ta Krabey, Preah Vihear, and Anseh—before the upcoming General Border Committee meeting on 7 August in Kuala Lumpur.
Thai civilians near the Surin border have reportedly been told to evacuate by nightfall. Cambodia considers this a serious violation of its sovereignty and the ceasefire agreement signed on 28 July, witnessed by Malaysia, the U.S., and China. Cambodia is calling on the international community to intervene and urges Thailand to halt any planned aggression immediately.
