@JohnnyGiunta_ 993 games played in his career and 184 home runs. Over a 162 span that’s 30 home runs. Take into consideration the amount of middle-middle pitches he’s missed over the season it’s perfect reasonable to expect 35-40 home runs as I stated in my previous reply.

@JohnnyGiunta_ So what player did we see in the position? A 300 hitter or a guy that hits 300 with pop? Point is the lineup and team is better as a whole when Vladdy is slugging. With his power he should hit 35-40 in his sleep. As a jays fans we need to hold him to tha standard.

@JohnnyGiunta_ No hate but Blair and barker are absolutely right. He gets paid to hit home runs 800 ops doesn’t mean anything if he’s not hitting them out of the park. It’s perfectly justifiable to say Vladdy is off to a slow start.
