Disability diaries: This weekend I got to hike 12 miles, something I wasn’t sure I’d ever do again. A year ago I was using a cane and struggling to walk for daily tasks. 6 months ago, I could barely hit 1000 steps a day. But yesterday I did 6 miles & today I did 6 more.

Long weekends got me feeling like myself again.

@climatepaige @weirdassfishes This is mine air dried with no product. Dark brown & bleached to the high heavens (I use the redken acidic bonding range). The frizz pains me though. I don’t really use heat, I use a hairdryer on the coldest setting & maybe a straightener 1x a month. Help pls
